The Drainage Design Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of drainage systems for a variety of projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to
Develop both conceptual and detailed designs for drainage systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Prepare and report detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Implement sustainable drainage design practices and green infrastructure solutions.
Develop strategies and plans to mitigate flood risks in vulnerable areas, including the design of drainage solutions.
Oversee contractors to ensure they adhere to project specifications and quality standards.

You will tick the below
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in drainage or in design of (SuDS) and understanding of Flood and Water management Act 2010.
Proficient in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, HEC-RAS, and GIS applications
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to stakeholders.
Strong understanding of implementing drainage principles and flood management policies
