In short you will
Analyse Data and create reports
Process and monitoring of Early Warnings and Compensation Events
Assist with Final accounts and targets
Manage Subcontract applications and invoices
Assist in dispute resolution and collaborative working with clients
Assist the commercial team with monthly applications and payments
Estimate and cost projects for the client.
Alongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful Quantity Surveyor will need to embody the company’s core values of cooperation and partnership.
Furthermore, you should have:
Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering qualification or working towards, (experience and time served rather than formal qualifications will be considered)
Some knowledge on NEC 4
Previous experience in similar role
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of Commercial Management works on site
Strong IT skills
Effective communication skills
