Working within the construction team, the Senior Project Manager will be a capable leader with a strong ability to build rapport across the team. The Senior Project Manager will play an important role in the delivery of projects in the education, residential, commercial and life science sectors.

Your new role

Working within the construction team, the Senior Project Manager will be a capable leader with a strong ability to build rapport across the team. The Senior Project Manager will play an important role in the delivery of projects in the education, residential, commercial and life science sectors.

The ideal candidate will

  • Serve as expert in the delivery of projects, proactively educating stakeholders, championing the approach.
  • Oversee the project life cycle, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles.
  • Ensure programme is controlled and achieves the desired outcomes, through dedication and application of best practices.
  • Ensure we develop suitable and standard approaches for project management.
  • Definition of project scope and business case management and align this with the programme vision.
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including all regions and shared services.
  • Drive and promote innovation.

 

About you

As an experienced Senior Project Manager, you will be a skilled leader committed to teamwork and collaboration, driving the completion of the project. You will manage complex projects effectively, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard by communicating with all stakeholders.

Ideally you will tick most of the below:

  • BSc degree in relevant construction course with relevant experience in construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience to work independently in JCT in suite contracts spanning from commercial, residential, education and life science sectors.
  • Comprehensive background in project management in construction.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Organised and proactive approach.
