The role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in life sciences to join this esteemed team. The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee complex life sciences projects, driving successful delivery while upholding our commitment to exceptional client service, quality, and innovation.

You will:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of life sciences projects. Provide clear direction, guidance, and motivation to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, client expectations, and company standards.
• Create and inspire the life sciences project team by being actively involved in design through to the construction phases.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for project updates, clarifications, and addressing concerns.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and implement effective project management methodologies and tools to ensure projects are achieved efficiently.

• Relevant experience working within structural and architectural sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge with implementing BSRIA BG6 Building Services Framework and building information management and construction and design regulations.
• Strong background utilising varied systems including MEP, HVAC, ICT, BMS and Security.
• Collaborate with client to achieve desired needs, provide strategic advice, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Worked previously with the differing levels of containment and can work accordingly to Health and Safety executive.
• Review life sciences project development, including regulatory requirements, compliance, and industry trends.
• Experience in using JCT in suite contracts or similar spanning from commercial, residential, retail, or mixed-use projects.
